We are a peer-led, Indigenous-informed mobile outreach collective. We drive naloxone, wound care, and safer-use supplies to the people the clinic never reaches — and we're building toward the housing that keeps them alive.

Overdose doesn't wait for an appointment. We bring harm-reduction supplies, connection, and dignity directly into the field — no intake wall, no judgment, no wrong door. Care that centers the person, not the system.

Free naloxone and overdose-response training, put directly in the hands of people most likely to witness an overdose.
Wound & basic care
Field wound care and supplies that prevent small injuries from becoming emergencies.

Supportive housing
Low-barrier housing paired with harm-reduction support, so stability isn't gated behind sobriety no one can reach without it first.
Reentry & halfway housing
A landing place for people leaving incarceration — the window where support decides whether the cycle breaks or repeats.
